The Apothecary Diaries

Kidnapped and sold into service at the emperor's rear palace, Maomao plans to keep her head down until her contract ends. But her knowledge of herbs and poisons is too useful to stay hidden, and after she quietly exposes the cause of a deadly illness among the royal infants, the beautiful and calculating eunuch Jinshi takes a keen interest in her. Adapted from Natsu Hyuuga's novels, the manga blends court intrigue, medical deduction and dry humor.
